At Epic Roastery, we craft your coffee to your exact preferences to ensure freshness and flavor. Because coffee is perishable, once we begin roasting your order, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Order Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. This gives us time to catch your order before it enters our roasting process. After 24 hours, we begin preparing your coffee, and cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, once your order is roasted, it is no longer eligible for a refund. Coffee is treated as a food product, subject to regulations around freshness and safety. If you are eligible for a refund, please allow up to 10 business days for it to be processed and returned to your original method of payment.
